Delivery methods depend on the destination country and the product ordered. <br><br>Within Estonia, orders may be collected in Puhja, Tartu County, or in Tallinn at Liikuri 46. Suitable products can also be delivered to a Smartpost parcel locker or, by prior agreement, by courier.<br><br>Selected products can be delivered to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania via Smartpost. Available international delivery options and delivery fees are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Smartpost Parcel Locker<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Suitable products can be delivered to Smartpost parcel lockers in Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania.<br><br>The customer selects a suitable parcel locker during checkout and is responsible for providing the correct recipient contact information.<br><br>In-stock orders are generally handed over to Smartpost within 1\u20133 business days after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.<br><br>The carrier's delivery time is additional to the order processing time. Melika Kimbud cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or at a specific time if a delay is caused by the carrier, high order volumes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. <br><br>The Smartpost delivery fee is displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.<br><br>As our candle bouquets contain rapeseed wax candles, we recommend choosing an indoor parcel locker whenever possible to avoid prolonged exposure to very high or very low temperatures.<br><br><strong>Delivery to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania<\/strong><br><br>Orders to Finland, Latvia and Lithuania are shipped via Smartpost.<br><br>Please note that international delivery may take longer than domestic delivery within Estonia. Available delivery options and the exact delivery fee are displayed at checkout.<br><br>If the order is required for a specific date or occasion, we recommend placing the order well in advance, as delivery on a particular date cannot be guaranteed for international shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Collection in Person<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Within Estonia, orders may be collected by prior arrangement from: Puhja, Tartu County or Liikuri 46, Tallinn<br><br>The collection location is selected during checkout. The collection time will be agreed separately with the customer.<br><br>Please do not arrive to collect your order before the collection time has been confirmed with Melika Kimbud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Courier Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In Tallinn, orders can be delivered to the customer\u2019s address by Bolt courier by prior arrangement. The delivery fee depends on the delivery address and will be agreed with the customer before delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Order Processing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In-stock products are prepared as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.<br><br>Products marked as in stock in the online store are available for immediate ordering. For custom orders, the preparation time will be agreed separately with the customer.<br><br>For urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order at tellimine@melikakimbud.ee. <a href=\"mailto:tellimine@melikakimbud.ee\">tellimine@melikakimbud.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Public Holidays and Busy Periods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">During Valentine's Day, International Women's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and other periods of high demand, order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
